Registered member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

I have worked with clients from different age groups and backgrounds, including BAME, refugees, and asylum seekers. I feel my own experiences and background make me a unique counsellor.

I can assure you that my approach to counselling is far from intimidating (because therapy can be scary, right?). I want to hear you out, be there for you on your journey, and make it less painful with the use of creativity to make it interesting while also gaining something long-term for you to carry with you after therapy. In our sessions, we'll get real, laugh, and go through whatever you need. I am trained in Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Cognitive, CBT, CAT and Behavioural therapy and I use the approach that I feel is the right one for you as I think every individual is unique in their own way.

Worry, anxiety, dissatisfaction, or unhappiness might feel overwhelming. It sucks, I know. However, it does not have to be this way. I have powerful tools that can help change things, and together, we can explore these.

With my warmth, kindness, compassion, and creativity, I will help you explore and find solutions, or simply listen to you.

Here to support you through anything. Big or Small!

Are you struggling but don't know why or what to do about it? Do you wish to have a better knowledge of why you do what you do and about how you are feeling? Do you consider how your past influences who you are today? Do you question your self-worth and have doubts? Do you overthink and struggle with your thoughts? Do you just want to speak with a non-judgemental unbiased person and explore different areas in your life? If you have answered yes to any of these, or are unsure, then you have come to the right place :)

If you want change, let's work together to get rid of the "it is what it is" mindset, and find a way to get there.

Why the name "Lily of the Valley" ?

A few years ago, I was watching a show, and a powerful , emotional scene came on.

The scene showed a character who had suffered great loss and was struggling to come to terms with their reality.

Another character then said : “There's a flower that grows in the darkness. It's called Lirio de Los Valles. It actually does better in the dark. It blooms... in spite of the darkness” and that immediately caught my attention.

I related to that so much during the time and from then on it stuck with me. I looked into this flower and translated it to English, “Lily of the Valley” a flower that blooms in darkness.

That flower reminded me of myself, how I learnt so much and became stronger thanks to some of the darkest periods in my life.

Now I want you to imagine yourself as this flower, through difficulties and challenges, through dark periods of your life, that you can still bloom.
